Business Strategy & Transformation
Business Strategy & Operations practice helps clients make major strategic decisions and implement business transformation. We offer a broad scope of services to help clients address the full range of top management issues such as:

The Finance Transformation Analyst role works within the Business Strategy & Transformation team and focuses on the CFO agenda.

Qualifications:
- 4+ years in consulting services, or 6+ years of industry experience
- Undergraduate and graduate degrees with an emphasis in Accounting/ Finance, and/or Business; MBA and CPA (preferred)
- 3+ years experience with financial processes, e.g., Procure to Pay, Close to Report, Order to Cash, Consolidations, Shared Services/BPO
- Experience with major ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft including General Ledger experience
- Nice to have: Experience with Bank Holding Company formation, Regulatory Reporting, Average Daily Balance (non technology)
- Experience with implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and technology driven transformation programs
- Experience with lifecycle of business and process transformation including analysis, business requirements
- Majority of engagement experience focused on the Financial Services market segment.
- Experience managing mixed teams, including clients and contractors with both business and technical backgrounds (include offshore teams).
- Experience analyzing, designing and implementing large scale strategic solutions.
- Strong communication experience should include presentation / proposal assistance, as well as an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within a team or client organization.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Stellar work ethic.
- Up to 100% travel
