Join four leading photographers of New York – Jeff Liao, Andrew Moore, Vera Lutter, and Matthew Pillsbury – as they discuss their approach to finding a unique lens on the world’s best documented city. The panel will explore why they have chosen New York as a subject, what special challenges (personal, technical, logistical) it presents, and their inspirations amongst the city’s iconic photographers and illustrious traditions of visual storytelling. Moderated by Bonnie Yochelson, former Curator of Prints and Photographs at the City Museum.
