The New-York Historical Society offers a variety of exceptional group tours of our special exhibitions. Now individuals also can enjoy an in-depth tour of the exhibition Chinese American: Exclusion/Inclusion with one of our curator-trained docents. The exhibition explores the centuries-long history of trade and immigration between China and the United States—a history that involved New York from its very beginnings—and raises the question “What does it mean to be an American?”
