WASAN
Wasan has been hosting intermediate level cooking classes on Japanese cuisine once a month since 2011. Originally only taught in Japanese, Chef Kakusaburo Sakurai and Chef Ryota Kitagawa are now holding classes in English to teach step by step, how to create Japanese dishes. Four dishes are taught per class, with the menu changing monthly. At the end of each class, students are allowed to try all four of the courses that the Chefs prepared.
