This will be an exclusive opportunity to experience an insider’s appreciation of authentic Chinese cuisine. Over the course of China’s extensive history, eight distinct regional cuisines have emerged and remained a significant part of Chinese civilization. Our first dinner will feature Shanghainese cuisine.
