In this hands-on cooking class, NYWCA member Shin Kim, culinary instructor and founder of the Korean culinary firm Banchan Story, will demonstrate and guide you through the steps of making simple, flavorful dishes to create a balanced meal common in Korean homes. With step-by-step personal instruction and recipes to take home that are true to authentic flavors, but updated for small home kitchens in NYC, Shin will also share tips on how you can make ahead certain dishes for your easy weeknight dinners or the Korean dinner party you’ll be throwing after this class!
