Kimchi 101 with chef Kala Sung is a great introduction to this traditional Korean dish. Kala will teach us how to make kimchi, about kimchi and how to eat healthy in the Korean way. We will be using local ingredients outside of the standard cabbage kimchi. Such as cucumber, radish, scallion, okra and even kale. In addition, each student will get a chance to make their own kimchi to take home.
