Brooklyn-based booking company New Island Entertainment is throwing a special F8ckin Birthday Extravaganza for The Hsu-nami frontman and erhu shredder Jack Hsu on July 18th. The Hsu-nami is a NY-based Asian-infused progressive rock band that blends the hauntingly versatile er-hu, a two-stringed Chinese violin, with American rock engineering. Joining the celebrations is rock duo Fuck Your Birthday hailing from West Virginia, New York based art ambient doom rock band Negativehate, with Brooklyn-based post-punk experimental band StereoBird opening the festivities.
