Make your own delicious, wonderfully different pastries from Korean bakeries! We’ll guide you through the steps, sharing critical points to take note and steps where you can apply your own delicious creativity in home baking with these popular Korean bakery items. You will learn the general basics of baking, including working with dough and piping techniques. Then we will finish the session with an afternoon tea party to celebrate our sweet creations!
On the menu:
Sausage pan 소세지빵 – Sausage bread with corn and onion toppings
Soboru 소보루 – Peanut-crumble covered buns
Guriball 구리볼 – Baked cannellini and almond drops
Giant ‘pepero’빼빼로 – Simple version of chocolate dipped breadsticks covered in toppings of your choice (For 11/11 Pepero Day)
Misugaru latte 미숫가루 라떼 – Multi-grain powder blended ‘latte’
