Each year Asian Americans for Equality convenes more than 250 policy makers, advocates, community leaders, philanthropists, and community development practitioners from across New York City and the country to discuss emerging issues facing Asian, Asian American, immigrant, and low-income communities. The conference provides an opportunity for attendees to develop strategies, share tools and best practices, and join the dialogue to advance civic participation, civil rights, asset building, housing and economic development, and grassroots leadership within the diverse Asian American community and promote an equitable city for all those in need.
