The Taiwan American Arts Council was established in 2014 to carry forward the Taiwanese Art Endowment Fund which spurred the creation of a Taiwan Gallery by the Queens Museum of Art.

With a mission to promote and assist the art of Taiwanese artists, scholars and specialists in the arts; the TAAC Art Benefit Gala will contribute to this mission.

The Outdoor mural by Candy Bird, and indoor installations will be the main feature of this gala.
