India produces more films annually than any other country, and there is a wide variety of work in numerous languages, beyond Bollywood spectacles. A new wave of Indian cinema has been featured in recent years in top film festivals around the world including Cannes, Venice, and Toronto International Film Festival, securing worldwide distribution and finding its audience both within India and abroad. These filmmaking voices will be featured in the Museum’s new monthly series.
COURT
Sunday, December 13, 5:00 p.m.
