For two years, chef Deuki Hong, writer Matt Rodbard and photographer Sam Horine gathered recipes, stories, in-the-moment photos and interviews from Korean American neighborhoods all across the United States. Koreatown: A Cookbook (Clarkson Potter) is the result: their portrait of a culture and community that works hard, feeds generously and parties late.
