In celebration of Lantern Festival/YuanXiao Jie (元宵節), the last day of the Lunar New Year Holiday, we’ll be learning how to make TangYuan (湯圓) from scratch! These deliciously “Q” balls are usually seen in sweet soups with fillings like sesame or peanut paste. During this cooking workshop, we’ll not only be learning how to make sweet TangYuan, but our Taiwanese A-Ma teacher will be teaching us to make savory ones too!
The total cost for this event will be $10 per person and will be paid on site. Please only register for this event if you can make it. Directions to the cooking workshop site will be sent in the days prior to the event.
