Friday, April 29 06:30pm to 10:30pm
Win Son
159 Graham Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11206
On April 22nd & 29th, YUMPLING and WIN SON will be collaborating on a few of their favorite Taiwanese dishes for a pop-up dinner. We are excited to host this event with Cathy Erway (author of The Food of Taiwan: Recipes from the Beautiful Island) in anticipation of the GRAND OPENING of Win Son, a Taiwanese-American restaurant, in May 2016.
This dinner menu will be joint effort between Win Son’s Trigg Brown and Yumpling’s Jeffrey Fann. Both have been developing their own Taiwanese food concepts for the past few years and have hosted several dinners throughout the city.
CATHY ERWAY is a Taiwanese American author who focuses predominantly on food. She is also the author of The Art of Eating In: How I Learned to Stop Spending and Love the Stove and blogs at Not Eating Out In New York. Tune in to her podcast, Eat Your Words, every Sunday from 1:00-1:30 pm on Heritage Radio Network.
