Led by Japanese dance troupe, Sachiyo Ito and Company, and conducted for 18 years, the Salon Series is a series of informative and educational programs developed for deepening the knowledge of the performing arts of Japan through performances, lectures, and demonstrations. The series’ 55th installment will feature “Creating Sacred Space II: Japanese Nature Worship and Labyrinth Walk”. In the event with music and dance, a cleansing and purification rite that creates sacred space will be performed. Later, the audience will have a chance to join the performers when walking on a labyrinth path in a meditative walk led by Ms. Jean Ando.
