Our macarons are hand-made, and Chef Cecile Cannone select with great care her raw products.
Almonds comes from Californian orchards, butter is European Style, flowers extract from south of France…

These little cookies were first introduced to the Court of France in the XVIth Century
by Catherine de Medicis, Spouse of King Henry II.
Macarons have since been a royal delicacy!
Nowadays, we bring them to the finest tables in America.
