Kayoko was born in Sapporo (Japan) in 1967.She in the days of the child often spent it to see a favorite picture book alone and she pictured the world such as the fairy tale that she imagined and played. She was a high school student and learned a first oil painting picture through club activities. And to expand more worlds of the picture, She went to a Sapporo Otani junior college oil painting department. She learned the history of the art, an oil painting image, a watercolor, a sketch in two years in the junior college. She at the age of the student was going to express a target form with the light and shade under the influence of Rembrandt. After having graduated from a junior college, She stopped production for approximately ten years, but began the training of the sketch in 1996 again.
She feels charm in the delicate expression of the Japanese painting and the bold composition of the ukiyoe print now.And when she draws an acrylic, being conscious of a decorative image, She think about the combination of composition and color and picture a line in an outline. She wants you to feel art close in more life. She want to make people smile and feel gentle by looking at her art work.
