InMotion’s Annual Photography Auction and Benefit will take place next month on Monday, April 19th at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers, 811 Seventh Avenue (at 53rd Street), New York City.
We depend on the support of over 150 volunteers to make the Benefit run smoothly.
Please review the list of available shifts and assignments to determine which timing works best with your schedule. We will do our best to accommodate requests you may have for specific assignments.
Afternoon shift volunteers are invited to enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at the reception which runs from 6:00–7:15 pm.
Volunteers for the early evening and late shifts are invited to enjoy dinner and cocktails; a buffet dinner will be available from 7:00–10:30 pm.
Please note that some volunteer jobs, such as being an auction bid “spotter,” may not allow much time to enjoy the buffet dinner, and those volunteers will be advised to eat dinner before the event, or may be invited to the earlier cocktail period only.
