Ever felt shy about singing or talking in front of others? Want to discover the full potential of your voice? Join us for an extra special session of ANC with guest facilitator Yumi Tomsha!
This workshop begins with the premise that your voice is already enough. Together, we will build tools for vocal expression, self-care and community care through breathing, sound healing, and singing.
We will create a warm, respectful, and supportive learning environment in order to access our voices together. Rather than try to sound like someone else or fit into a box marked ‘beautiful sound,’ you will learn to trust the unique voice that is yours.
