T Shop is happy to offer another Wistaria tea tasting! This Saturday, 11/5, 5pm-7pm we will be showcasing 3 teas from 2003: Zi Pin, Zi Yin, and Qing Teng. The Zi Pin Hao produces dark notes with a plummy mouthfeel. Zi Yin, a warming tea, captures the “Nannuo sour” that is characteristic of the region. Qing Teng is a wide ranging tea. From aromatic woods and red fruits to the mouthfeel of tuna belly, this tea captures the feeling of deep comfort one longs for during this colder season.
