Come join TAP for another exclusive tea tasting with Té Company! Elena Liao, TAP member and owner of Té Company, will be leading us on an exclusive journey through Taiwanese oolong teas.

Taiwan is famous for its variety of high-quality oolong teas, including the Frozen Summit (DongDing) and Iron Goddess (TieGuanYin) teas. We’ll be tasting classic types of oolongs from different regions in Taiwan, and learning about the historic background and sourcing stories behind each tea. On top of the tasting, we’ll each get to try our hand at brewing these teas, and explore the progression of flavor with each steeping.

Té Company will also be providing light tea snacks to accompany the variety of teas – including their signature pineapple linzer, featured in Saveur Magazine as the best cookie in NYC.
