Born in Seoul, Korea and adopted by US parents at six months old Andy’s life journey has taken her from working as a student organizer at GLSEN to co-director of the Korean organization, 노둣돌 (Nodutdol), to Director of Communications at the Arcus Foundation. With over 15 years of communication and advocacy experience, Andy Marra will share her perspective on the struggles of an intersectional transgender community in a national and global context while providing insight into ways we can move forward as a coalition.
