Qualifications
– Previous experience of working in the financial services industry
– Knowledge and understanding of the Asian investment and asset management environment
– Knowledge and understanding of private equity environment is an advantage
– Strong relationship building and influencing skills
– Excellent analytical skills
– Proficiency with computers and software packages
– High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement
– Ability to work to tight deadlines/under pressure with minimum supervision
– Strong written and oral English language skills and fluency in one Asian language – preferably Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese

Position Description
– Coordinating and supporting the client service activities for Pantheon’s Australasian client base
– Co-ordination and support of new business meetings, including presentation and due diligence materials
– Relationship management support for Australasian clients, prospects and investment consultants
– Assisting in the new fund “sign-on process” for new and existing Australasian investors
– The production of detailed analysis on the effectiveness of Pantheon’s fundraising activities
