On May 5th, 1994, the education department of the State of New York accepted ibec language institute, inc. as a business corporation. We are a business training institute whose primary purpose is to provide business communication skills development, cultural and language training, along with related seminars with business context.
ibec offers international business seminars for new comers to the US, trainees, HR managers and executives and their families. Including seminars in American Business, American Culture, Religion, Politics, City Orientation and getting used to the American workplace.
ibec also offers seminars for daily life, including topics like tipping, slang and idioms, American gestures, taboos, manners, and many others.
In recent years ibec has developed an innovative and distinctive method of foreign language instruction. The ibec method emphasizes the acquisition of conversational skills and speaking ability in foreign languages. We believe this method best addresses the needs of global business people, and their families.
For American business people, ibec offers comprehensive Japanese courses which are intended to teach practical Japanese conversation. They give clients a foundation sufficient to handle everyday, practical conversations in Japanese. We also offer courses in Japanese culture, including Japanese business culture, as well as the culture of everyday life.
In addition, the skills and techniques mentioned above are also offered for business people wishing to learn Spanish or Mandarin.
